Mac’s Convenience Store on Waterloo Street robbed overnight

MacsTHUNDER BAY – Warm weather may be bringing back some of the criminal element in Thunder Bay as overnight there was an armed robbery at the Mac’s Convenience store on Waterloo Street. Thunder Bay Police are looking for two suspects, both male in their ongoing investigation of this robbery.

Police report that the two male suspects entered the Mac’s location on Waterloo Street at about 3:45AM on Sunday morning. They were reportedly armed with a knife. Fortunately, no one was injured in the robbery.

The suspects left the store after securing an undisclosed sum of money. They were last reported seen heading north from the scene of the crime.
